JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Participate in the launch strategy of stores for the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor KPIs for operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage a quickly-growing team of operators in several locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee the day-to-day work and operations of store employees to ensure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • standards and guidelines are followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify operational and\/or employee related issues and provide effective solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Creative thinking on how to achieve sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • At least have 3+ years as Area Manager & Retail Management experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You are results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage tight<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • deadlines in high-pressure situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You are a good communicator and leader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You communicate clearly and effectively in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in FnB or Retail is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Tech Savvy, computer literate and understands google sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
