JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Acquisition (80%):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Prospect Identification: Identify potential B2B clients through market research, analysis, and networking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads by actively reaching out to clients through leveraging offline and online channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pitching: Present the scheme and benefits of partnering with us for their B2B needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, addressing client concerns, and successfully closing deals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Retention (20%):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow with key partners to continuously grow<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customer Support: Act as a dedicated point of contact for B2B clients, promptly addressing any issues, inquiries, or requests they may have.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Team Collaboration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and MD Office team to identify potential business opportunities and align B2B sales efforts with overall business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Act as the primary point of contact for the overall B2B scheme, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        JOB REQUIREMENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • At least 2+ years of working experience as sales\/ business development. F&B companies’ background is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong multitasking and project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Tech Savy, computer literate and understands google sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
